I had to have shoulder surgery and needed to sleep in a recliner for six weeks. This electric recliner was a good choice for me. I did not like the gap between the seat and back when it was fully reclined. It has a nice firm seat which I added a pillow for sleeping. The electric recliner worked very very and is not overly large like others. This is a quality and good looking recliner. The price was reasonable and a good choice for me.

This is a sturdy, durable, nice looking chair. But when the foot rest is up I am unable to read in it. The back reclines with the foot rest so far that you may be able to watch TV or nap but I am unable to work on a laptop or write. My head and shoulders rest too far into the reclining position. When looking at this chair before purchase I looked closely at the design for seating positions and in pictures it seemed adequate. I now pillows bungy corded to the back to get the right position when I have the foot rest up.

We decided to purchase this chair when my recent back injury made it difficult for me to get up from comfortable but soft and deep chairs. I wanted to find a cool fabric covered chair instead of leather which is beautiful but can also be slippery and does not breath. This fabric feels very good to your hand, the subtle blue color goes nicely with the colors of Persian wool rugs. We also were impressed how well the chair is made, including the upholstery with its removable arm, foot, and seat protecting covers. Excellent chair for a good price.

We bought this for my elderly mother. She had surgery on her small intestine or stomach. She wasn't able to get up by herself and this chair was a God send. This chair keeps her independent! And the sage green color fits right in with her decor!

For a chair rated for people up to 350 lbs, the seat on this recliner is just too narrow making it hard to get our of.

I bought this chair for my sister who has ALS. She told me that it is very comfortable for her and easy to use. Her husband and son had no trouble putting it together for her. Very pleased with it.

I bought this couch for my Dad, he is 5'7 not a tall guy at all. The problem with this couch is not long enough and your feet hang over the footrest.
