This product was excellent. It really helped eith the pain and swelling.However Amazon delivery was not. I ordered 2 because i had both knees replaced. I only ordered them because i was supposed to recieve them on the 20th of February, day of my surgery. But one arrived a day late so we had to get ice packs for the other knee. I was recovering from major surgery and missed the return dead line by a few days. Item is unopened in original box and shipping box. I tried contacting amazon with no response. It seems if they are ordered at the same time, they should arrive the same time. Zero stars for Amazon.

Allowed me to sleep or try to post knee replacement by icing while sleeping. Easy to carry

Had a knee replacement and bought this machine which has helped enormously to reduce the swelling. The only thing I find difficult is adjusting the Velcro wrap on the knee it seemsLike it would work best with a shoulder.

Using frozen water bottles makes this easier to use. Have to change about every 10-12 hours. 6 frozen bottles at a time. Works very well.

I've been using this icing machine for 28 days. It has worked flawlessly without leaking. It provides pain relief thru cooling therapy that lasts for hours and because of timing function doesn't have to be removed or replaced as frequently as ice packs. The frozen water bottles is way to go. I changed them morning and late afternoon. The flexible cooling pad fits reasonably well, though it is challenging to use under the knee because the hoses while pliable are thick. I used with the unit behind a chair. If in front using under would work better. Trade off is having it in the way.

Easy set up easy to use works well. There’s no mind to tell you how full to make the water level even though it says fill to the line on the instructions. Using the water bottles that are frozen does seem to make it stay cold longer. I’m using it post knee replacement and it’s very quiet and every 30 minutes it recycles itself, which is niceMaybe someone can recheck the instructions

Works great and no leaks! It is the best product for the price and actually exceeds expectations. I have recommended this product to my family and friends.

Had knee replacement surgery and this machine is a godsend. I read reviews & highly recommend using frozen water bottles. The directions say to fill up with water to a non existing line but it’s pretty easy to figure out nonetheless. Very good value for the money. Works well - I had minimal leakage.
