it would be great if this were waterproof
The only downside to this watch is that it isn't waterproof. It can handle splashes, but for my kid (one who NEEDS this watch to help with focus and attention), it would be great if this were waterproof. She jumped in the pool before I could stop her and watch was destroyed.

Very helpful
I purchased this for my 3.5 year old daughter to keep her on track. She attends daycare/preschool during the day while I'm at work, but I will be off on maternity leave for two months and want to keep her on schedule so it isn't so much of a struggle when she returns. I also wanted it to help in the mornings when I need her to eat breakfast, get dressed, etc.The watch is apparently much "funner" to listen to than mom is - go figure. When the watch tells her to do something, she immediately does it. This may be a novelty as it is still new to her (only been about two weeks), so perhaps the fun-ness of listening to the watch will wear off as well. It was very easy to program and I actually downloaded the app and had her days/notifications setup before I had even received the watch, so when I got it all I had to do was sync it to my phone and it was ready to go. Except, of course, that I forgot it would need to be charged. It takes quite a while to fully charge the watch, but it lasts for three-four days off the charger. I could plug it in each night, but I have my daughter wear it to bed so it can wake her up in the morning. The watch does not make any noise, so a notification is just a little vibration. Sometimes this is enough to wake my daughter, sometimes not. You can set the watch to just notify the child to do something, but they don't have to confirm to the watch that it was actually done. Alternatively, you can set the watch to notify them to do something and they need to confirm to the watch that it was done. You confirm, but clicking the button (only button) on the watch and it then displays a green check mark. There are certain things that I would like my daughter to confirm that she's done (gone potty, got dressed, put shoes on, brushed her teeth). These are typically things that she can do by herself without me present, but I want to know that they were done. There are others that I don't need her to confirm (eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner, get a bath, time to leave, etc.) as I'm with her doing those things. In order to avoid any distractions, I do not have the watch notify my daughter of anything during the day while she is at school. You can still set an action, but have no notifications in which case nothing shows on the screen and it doesn't vibrate, but if you hit the button on the watch it will display the icon that you have set for that time.Just because I'm a bit anal and have screen protectors on just about every screen that I have (phones, tablet, video game systems with screens, etc.) I wish that I could get a screen protector for the watch. The screen is a bit scuffed, but nothing bad really, however, it is only a few weeks old. It's obviously used by young children who aren't that careful with those types of things. She is aware that she isn't allowed to get it wet as it isn't waterproof. It can get slightly splashed, but cannot get fully wet.I expect the watch to grow with her, as long as it lasts.

Great tool for 3 year old!
I bought the watch for my cousin’s just turned 3 year old son. They just had a newborn, so managing the baby *and* the toddler has been quite the endeavor! In between breast-feeding and changing diapers, the little boy requires a lot of attention! They just finished potty training him, so the watch’s reminders came in handy. He loves the icons and has had trouble with transitions, but in came the watch and transitions have been a lot smoother. They started with just a few basic reminders (get dressed, playtime, clean up, and bed-time) and they’ve progressively added more reminders. The watch has helped them develop a sense of regularity and rhythm in their new family and helped them feel a lot more confident in their roles as parents.

Love this watch!
My 3 year old loves this watch! I no longer have to constantly remind him about what he needs to do next. It has really helped him establish a routine. He screen does get scratched easily but it hasn’t hurt anything. Easy to set the schedule. Customer service has been wonderful! I was really nervous after reading the reviews but we love it!

Great customer service
We had a small issue with our order but customer service was in it and helped us get it solved right away. So far our girls are loving their watches and really enjoying the independence it provides. I plan to buy another set for my nephews for Christmas

Perfect
This watch is genius. Perfect for ADHD kids . It’s only down fall is that the watch band comes in such a small size , I wish they offered more band sizes.

Not as specified
Purchased the "new" watch for my autistic son.Watch that he opened for Christmas has already been set up to someone else and made it extremely difficult to program

Delicate..
The watch works, it was easy to set up. But the strap broke after a month of daily use by a six year old. The pin came out of the closing and the little rubber strap tidy thing broke too. I know 6 year olds aren't the most careful of users, but it is marketed as a kids watch so I expected it to stand up to abuse a little longer.. The watch part works fine. Battery holds up well. (We've put it on a key chain ring and hung it on her backpack)

Terrible Product with so much potential
I had high hopes for this watch as it seemed perfect to help manage my sons time. The watch arrived and I spent a great deal of time programming in the activities for his weekly routine. This isn't as easy as it should be and activities didn't seem to copy across to other days very well. I then discovered the button would not work on the watch but my son was so taken with it I said he could wear for the day before we returned it. At the park the watch obtained big white scratches on the surface and the whole watch face fell off! The product could be so good but it is very cheaply made and not worth the money.

Not with the money they're asking
The side button was faulty from I took it out the box. Couldn't even get the watch to function. I really thought it would be great for my son but we will never know now. The fact it was faulty from the start put me right off considering the other reviews and I didn't reorder

Very good product that could be excellent if improved
I got this watch for my son who is a 4 year old ASD non verbal, especially for helping him to know when to go to the toilet. I thought the idea of having more actions to add would be great way for him to also learn meaning of words.PROS:-The idea behind this watch is great. It helps kids to follow a routine and schedule in a fun way.- I do think this is really helpful for ASD kids especially non verbal. My son uses PECS cards to communicate so this is helpful as phrases are too complicated for him.- You can easily manage your kids schedule from your phone and set up different routines depending on the day. You have multiple options.- You have the option of changing the strapCONS- Now the icons is a great idea however I don't think there is a great variety. My son has ASD and some icons are hard to interpret. For example, I'm trying to choose snack and usually we use a PEC card that is a glass of water with a cracker. So trying to be generic but when choosing here icons, they are not that symbolic, I have apple, pizza, doughnut, pancakes. So if I put an apple as snack my son literally things it's time for an apple. So he doesn't understand. Or For example, the option for "play" there is nothing he can actually understanding that he can now play with this toys time. Because you have a ball, a jigsaw, train, but those are separate objects. So in his PEC cards, he has a boy playing with toys and that makes sense to him.I know you can upload your own pictures. I think they should also do upload your own icons. Matching this with PECS cards would be a truly hit if they were able to do that.* You can put your own pictures but you have to may monthly and annually. I think that should be already part of the free. But I reckon they want to have people paying more after getting the watch. I get it, you can do that perhaps with their premium icons but with your own photos, that should be free, otherwise you are limited.*For kids with ASD that are very literal with understanding, it means that you are restricted to a few images that may work with them.* My kid has sensory issues so he finds the strap too hard and refuses to wear it. So he uses the watch next to him and takes it around. But I'll be changing his strap for something softer.**************************************Overall, if you have a child with ASD and want to help him understand words and phrases and help this routine, this is great! however, you don't have much flexibility in the choosing of icons as there aren't that many within each category. Even the ones I see premium wouldn't fit. But I'm positive that perhaps in the future they can polish and improve this because so far it's the only one in the market offering this. But it could be really great if they give you access to your own icons or pictures or even providing a better variety of images.
