I think this a great concept. However, the product quality is very inconsistent. I found that when I read the reviews on the product before my purchase. Was definitely hoping that mine was gonna be a good one.Unfortunately, mine was not up to the standard. There were signs of (rust) corrosion already and I haven't even used it yet. The item makes scratching metal against metal when pull out, kind of like nails on the chalk board. I'm getting goosebumps just describing it.

Only problem I have with it is that if you carry it in your pocket it rattles. I stuffed a piece of cloth in it and no more rattle.

This was a good collapsible cup but the edges were pretty sharp when you have to collapse it. I expected that a little since it’s metal, but When I had it and tested it I didn’t trust myself not to get hurt with it. I returned it and opted for silicone for what I need it for. Not bad, just harsher than I though a cup could be.

I got the Large version, because so many of these cups hold barely anything, and I like a nice cup of tea on a chilly morning. It's definitely a good size for that, and seems to be made of pretty good materials. It doesn't leak (as long as you open it all the way and pull it tight), but so many of the edges are really sharp and have a bit of a burr. Even edges that have no functional purpose, but that you can still easily grab, are very sharp. I expect many finger cuts opening and closing this cup. I get that the folding edges need to not be rounded or else leaks could form, but with how sharp they are, I think they'll actually scratch up the sliding bits and make it leak faster!I have a few trips coming up that I'll try this on, but I don't know how well it will break in...

This cup rust after a few days. I probably drank lime disease. I recommend silicone or stable cup design.

Easy to pack and for travel. However, the seal doesn't hold when pulled up right.

I knew what I was getting when I got these, you have to make sure they are pulled up all the way, but any bump can still send your drink cascading down. If you are a careful cautious person these are great.

I purchased this to use while traveling. I don't always trust that my bathroom glass is cleaned properly while cruising or in the hotel so I like the idea of being in charge of my "own" bathroom cup. When necessary it can be easily carried in my backpack while on a day trip. You must be careful when opening it for use. If you don't turn it as you open it won't seal properly and might fold up on you. Otherwise it is great.
