After a few weeks, I actually feel like I have more energy, and my mood seems a bit better too.The tablets are small and easy to swallow, which is great. No weird aftertaste or stomach issues either. Best price and quantity. I have checked many stores where I live, they do not sell such a high dose and for this price and quantity. In the UK vitamin D is essential especially for people of colour.Small sized pills which are really easy to swallow. Leaves no taste before and after swallowing.
