Opened box and mirror is broken from now reading reviews is a common occurrence with this mirror will be returning

the mirror has developed a crack starting from the join in the surrounding trim.No explanation as to why this has happened.

Looks fab in my bathroom. But the hanging fitting is flimsy,therefore it doesn't feel secure

Broken on arrival
Item was damaged on arrival , outerbox did not have fragile on it , this might have been the problem as inner box did have fragile on it but item was placed inside another box.
