I first encountered these snacks in Wisconsin. A coffee shop carried the 2-bar packs, and they were so yummy I was happy to find them on amazon. The only downside to the ones I first tried was that they are a bit salty. These little crunchy snacks hit the spot, they are portion controlled, and best of all, they are not too salty. Worth the price if you are looking for a healthy, keto-friendly snack.

I purchased the Wisconsin Cheddar minis which came in a box of 16 individual foil pouches for $19.99, so about $1.20 each. Each little foil pack has about 15 of the little cheese discs, and each one is about the size of a penny. They are quite tasty and nice to have with a glass of wine. There are not many in each pack, but honestly, how many would be enough? LOL They are truly "just a little something". They are certainly not meant for sharing, and I don't intend to do that! The taste reminds me of cheese straws (also tasty and pricey). I like that they are "Just the Cheese" and no additives. This is a snack I would not order all too often, but nice to have as a treat once in a while.

Very tasty! It's one of the few snacks that doesn't raise my blood sugar levels. One thing to note is that it's slightly salty but that's due to the salt in the cheese.

I've tried the Grilled Cheese bars in this brand and now these mini Wisconsin Cheddar ones. I thought the Grilled Cheese ones were pretty bland and figured the cheddar would be more strongly flavored. And they are just the tiniest bit more flavorful. But overall, I still find these to be pretty bland. There's a big hit of salt and a very mild cheese flavor.Maybe they'd be better used as croutons in soups or salads, but I much prefer the very flavorful Cheese Whisps instead. I'll try them crushed up for breading and see how that works, but I'm pretty underwhelmed so far.

They are very tasty and crunchy, a good snack for anyone looking for something to snack on without a lot of carbs and calories. They are a little pricey in our opinion, but they are good.

We favor cheese type snacks in my house, all of us including our dog, and I thought this would be good to try.First off, it was 23 dollars for 16 packages. I thought that would be ok but the packages are tiny, literally .5 oz. It's like the size of my hand with fingers closed. Each piece is the size of a nickel. I'd say these should be MAYBE a dollar each.Second, the taste, kind of gross. It's like eating a salty piece of styrofoam with a weird cheese aftertaste. Almost like a hard, stale, super salty cheese cracker. I didn't like it, my husband didn't like it, my dog who loves cheese, didn't even want it. It even smells just, weird. I tried the Wisconsin Cheddar.Will not be buying again.

I use these a dog treats also ... they are good treats for humans but my husky loves them as well ... I had them on subscribe and save but amazon removed them saying they were no longer "part of the program" ... the old link showed them as unavailable, but I managed to find this in their new packaging ... honestly Amazon could be more helpful when you search on a vendors' name and not throw a garbled list of everything under the sun with any of the words in the vendor's name ... anyway these are great ... I like them much better that Moon Cheese ones

Looking at the pics these look like a nice size bag. Wrong I am a 5 foot woman & my hand is bigger than the bag. The treats are tiny too. Was to salty as well. I won’t buy again & won’t recommend.
