pH meter not working
The light moisture meters seem to work OK, but the only reason I got it was for the pH meter, and that DOES NOT WORK. Everything (soils and bags of mulch, which should be more acidic) read near the top of the meter. I submersed the sensors in a dish of white vinegar, which is supposed to have a pH of 2.6, and it read 6, even though the meter goes down to 3.5. When I first got it I was very busy and put the problem aside, and today when I finally tested it thoroughly I found I was 2 days outside the return window, so I am stuck with something I can't use.

Breaks easy
It's cheap and one too many functions. Better to have one good working function. I just wanted a moister detector. I am not even sure why anyone would need to use an instantaneous light detector for? And that didn't seem to work at all. You can see how much light there is at any given time.

A Garden-Plant Must
Everyone who grows in or out of the house needs one of these. A lot of options for the money and I'm very happy with mine. I'm new at garding so watering, soil content, and light is impossible for me to guess at which is why this is so helpful.
