portable convenient and good mix of vitamins and electrolytes however, as many have pointed out, the taste is not very desirable. It has a very chemical like taste to it, not as naturally flavored as many other products on the market. At least it is easy to mix and dissolve in your drink. Just add water and swish around and its ready to drink.

I ordered these because I like the idea of mixing glucose in with electrolytes. For a heavy workout, I'm constantly munching on glucose or plain cane sugar additions.The electrolyte mix itself is actually very good. One of my biggest complaints about electrolytes is lack of potassium but this mix has a nice amount compared to the amount of sodium. Overall, the electrolyte mix is actually better than a lot of the ones I've tried and with the combination of glucose it seems like it would be a win on almost every level. However...The taste is far from what I would call optimal. The fruit punch flavor doesn't taste like fruit punch I can't honestly say what it does taste like, because it's rather ambiguous. A lot of other reviewers have talked about how bad it tastes. I don't think it's *that* bad, but it's also not terrific and not even close to the best tasting electrolytes I've tried. I'm not sure if other people are comparing it against kool-aid or against other electrolytes. You can't really hide salt in your water so on that basis it's passable. It's odd to me though, that with all the sugar and sweetener in it that it still doesn't taste sweet to me. Glucose by itself is not particularly sweet, so maybe that's part of it.Honestly, where I see this to be the most useful is for use with rehydration, where someone has been sick and needs not only some electrolytes but also a little quick glucose. The flavor was distracting to me when I worked out so I suspect it will be more of a second-tier drink for me.

It taste worse than liquid iv, I think its due to the gluclose. They're trying to mask the salt with sugar. For this price you can get liquid IV from costco the sugar free version which is way better tasting!

This drink mix from elovate does have a bunch of electrolytes which is a nice after a good workout or a hike. However you have to really want them because the taste is pretty bad. I've had a few different electrolyte mixes and without a bunch of sugar in them it's hard to make salt taste good, but this one is particularly bad. The cherry limeade flavor tastes incredibly artificial. The best way to handle it is to get really cold water and drink it quickly. It's not something I'd want to sip.

I guess they were trying to hide the taste of the electrolytes with the cherry flavor. Doesn't work as you can taste the electrolytes despite the terrible fruit punch flavor. Kinda like drinking salty jello mix in water.Maybe you can stomach it when running, but I prefer Gatorade.Nice packaging. Looks like it would be wonderful, but save your money.

I am no stranger to electrolytes, and these are one of the better ones I have tried! I was in the middle of a low electrolyte flare this morning, face sweating, not feeling great, and by the time I finished a serving the symptoms had subsided!The only downside is a slightly unpleasant underlying flavor? I think it's the lime "natural flavor" in the cherry lime? It was not a deal breaker, and is minor compared to others on the market. It could also be personal preference.As far as the electrolytes themselves go: they are quality, good percentages of each nutrient, convenient, and they work better than expected! Highly recommend!

I found the taste rather unremarkable but inoffensive - though I probably only mixed maybe 1/3 what I should have. What makes this more interesting than the more commonly known electrolyte drink is it's composition: vitamins and sodium vs mostly calories and sugar. On that basis alone it's probably a more healthy alternative.

I just can't get over the pungent taste of these. Even in ice cold water I would rather just have plain water than these. No issues with the ingredents. Some may have no issues with it but they are not for me.
