It’s road legal.
I had a similar one. I reply to the other comment - it clearly has pedals. It’s classed as a tandem, actually. It’s road legal in the UK if you display a sign with its motor power and voltage. You should also have insurance and it’s awfully cheap.Saying that, you’d need to de restrict it (usually there’s a connector under the seat) or it’s quite scary being bullied by drivers who presume that you can go faster than 15mph

Good Bike
Get roughly 20 miles non stop riding out of a full charge at 15.5 mph, less if you disconnect the pedal assist, but there is no real resistance when peddling unless going up hill so might as well keep pedal assist on & keep it legal.I'm 6ft & 17 stone but still reach's top speed in seconds, speedo/milometer in kph not mph by the way, other than that a great bike & turns heads as looks like a proper scooter untill they see you peddling lol, would'nt like to peddle it far with a flat battery as quite heavy, not the fastest of e bikes but 1 of the best looking, gets my vote.

Is this legal to ride on the UK roads?
I did not buy this moped, but as far as I understand in the UK, any device without a pedal isn't classed as a bicycle, hence in straight terms even a kick scooter is illegal. I honestly do not think this moped will be road legal. The 15 miles limited only apply to those electric bikes with pedals. I think anyone who intend to buy and ride this on public road seek legal advises or ask the local police stations.
