Materials of the item was good, but had to order a bigger size as my DVR size itself was 2 cm more than the item & the item had to be returned.

OK build. A snug fit for my Pi5 and dual bay SSD accessory.Acrylic peel-off could have been much easier.

Value of money, good size, compatible, functionality.... perfect.

This rack is not as good as we expect its ok to buy for 2U size cost is about 1650 INR, I feel which quite expensive and you can not expect sturdy and too much good quality and the lock is just a feature sake its not that great you can open the lock without key!I feel to keep neat CCTV DVR we can use this box you should not expect any thing else more than this

The Plantex DVR box is much better than I expected so I give this product a BIG 5 stars because it is a good looking and solid product that works exactly as it is supposed to work.The one star I have given as a review star is to GET THE ATTENTION of people like me who read the bad reviews first, otherwise you may be put off by the idiots who give bad reviews simply because they are too stupid/lazy to read the product description details or installation instructions first, and use a little bit of common sense.The necessary product dimensions are all given in the Amazon description(twice plus instructions to check your unit size also) so there is no excuse for buying the wrong size then broadcasting it by showing photos to prove it.The window is fine after you remove the protective film from both sides (takes 10 seconds).The delivery package was among the best I've ever seen, even better than what is protecting a new Rs80k television when delivered. The power plug points are adequate as they will not be touched after installation.The key is attached to one of the side vents by a piece of strong wire that needs to be untwisted first but NOT twisting the key. Common sense!!!A bit of chipped paint or a few scratches or dings are not detrimental to the integrity of the product at all, or if the colour is not exactly what was imagined, therefore does not blend in with the Picasso on the wall.These are a security accessory meant to be placed out of sight in a private and secure area, not a fashion statement that one proudly displays in the living room for all their guests and friends to ooh,aah and gush over as they walk in the door.

Good quality

I purchased 3U size of this product which was extremely large more than sufficient for one and we are DVR even have more space for air flow I recommend you those who wish to purchase this please don't completely fill the box with more than 2 3 is okay but according to me not recommended because when you insert the NVR and other accessories the environ will work 24 hour due to which the heat generate and if the space was completely full then air ventilation will be not so good that's why leave some space for easy air flow recommended by my technician❌ one thing I don't like about the product is the glass in the front I don't know who is mistake was this but there was lot of scratches in the glass fibre it was not glass which look very low quality

Product purchased - 3USuggestions1. Power cord could be longer.2. Bottom "inlet" hole could be on both sides3. Some way to relieve tension due to weight of incoming cables - e.g. a clamp on side or a hook ?4. The additional shelf is too close to extender plugs -- larger size adapters not pluggable due to shelf. Multiple mounting holes will enable more flexibility. I shifted it as far away from backside as possible by drilling extra holes.5. No cover in the back ? -- some partition would be helpful.On the whole - well made -- useful - does the job.
