Power and Reliability
Got my 850VA last week, the unit is slim, well designed., with 4 sockets, first one as a master and the 4th as the Eco port.UPS works well with my home NAS server and few power supply for Home Hub, Raspberry Pi and my laser Printer.With power of 90-100W, this 510W unit will last about 48-49min. I have TrueNAS to control UPS over USB cable.Unit was well protected for the shipment.

So noisy...
I ended up returning this as the fan noise from it was so overpowering in a home office environment. I've had many UPS's over the years from APC and Eaton, even large rack mount ones and they were all quieter (near silent most of the time) compared to this. Frustrating as usually Eaton products are pretty good.

Horrible smell
Opened package, nasty "phenolic" smell evident, a bit like TCP antiseptic. Plugged in to charge, smell became worse, caused sore throat. returned to Amazon for full refund.

Poor reliability - bought 3, chucked away 3
I am today chucking two more of these into the dustbin.They were running for about 2 years, and as we got some power cuts we found that they were dud.One does not charge the battery. The other does not generate any power out of a fully charged battery.Both out of warranty, of course.Batteries are fine.

Rumore insopportabile e qualità scadente.
Posseggo lo stesso modello da 10 anni, oggi quando è arrivato quello nuovo sono rimasto senza parole. Nel precedente quando vi è tensione normale la ventola è ferma e non si sente nemmeno girare. In quello nuovo la ventola è insopportabile.Inoltre i led ed i simboli frontali sono disallineati questo mi fa capire quanto sia cambiata questa società nel tempo.Lo restituisco.

Acquistato nel 2019 dopo circa un anno di utilizzo SEMPRE Acceso in stand by, posso dire che è un OTTIMO prodotto. Assorbimento di correte variabile da 150W in su quando il PC è acceso . Durante il periodo estivo NON HO notato riscaldamento anzi temperature non elevate. CONSIGLIO QUESTO PRODOTTO!

ottimo prodotto
Semplicissimo da installare, software molto intuitivo, display leggibilissimo, immediatamente riconosciuto dal NAS, silenziosissimo, con in dotazione 2cavi IEC C13 C14, molto più compatto degli APC di pari categoria (ma ben più costosi). Che pretendere di più?
