The best I have seen yet!
Well, this book seems to cover all the telephone situations a customer service or sales liaison office can come across. It has included situations which even I had forgotten about. However, this books needs to be supplemented with others to support aspects of the English language, to help develop a client's English, grammar, tenses, etc. However, it will be my first choice for any future courses with people who have to be "good on the phone" in English. Could be used for clients already living and working in the UK as well as those world wide.

Very Useful & well written
useful clearly written book with a cd rom for the oral exercises. Have found this good with both adult and teenagers alike and I just converted the CD to Mp3 and put it on my i-pod and phone for easy access. I have used it 1 to 1 and in small groups with equal success. The useful phrases list is a good hand-out and I would recommend this to anyone teaching adults and teenagers. I'm going to buy some of the other titles too.
