Good strong adhesive used by granddaughter to stick gems to a hat that she hopes to wear at the Arsenal v Brighton WSL game this weekend.

Probably my fault
Thought this glue would dry clear and hard enough to sand away excess. It's "flexible" and so I suppose that means it's rubbery, the glue does not harden and remains rubbery even after 48 Hours. Probably everyone else knows this, but this review is mainly for people like me. Silly people.
