Tissue Tassel Garland is pre-cut and easy to assemble (instructions included). Gold Dot Garland is pre-strung. Inflate confetti balloons with helium so they will float. Tie off with rubber bands. Rub the outside of confetti balloons with a towel to make confetti stick to the inside of the balloon. All items are designed to be reusable for your future celebrations!
- 🔶 TIPS: Inflate balloons 4-6 HRS before event to ensure maximum inflation. To make confetti balloons float vertically, go to your nearest drug/grocery/party store to inflate with helium or purchase a helium tank on or at your nearest craft store. Ribbon for balloons is NOT included. Please note, the "O" balloon appears to be a "C" before you inflate it. We recommend using fishing line/clear ribbon to hang foil balloons and any ribbon of your choice for the confetti balloons.
