This frame is amazing, although the construction method is modular and simple, most frames at this price point revert to cheaper options, versus their method which is how custom sized frames are manufactured. I purchased the 16x20 opening model and although aluminum it is heavy and sturdy.Dont read other reviews, just buy this frame and worry about other decisions.

I usually take my pictures to a professional framer, but I'm not getting out of the house now so thought I would try this frame. It looks better than some of my more expensive frames. Only downside is I usually put in glare free glass and this is not. The corners are mitered. I like the way backing fits in----altogether a premium product.

I actually made a note to myself to buy frames from Frametory in future. The frame was not only beautiful, at a reasonable price, but Frametory makes it really user-friendly. There are two hangers on it at 45 degree angles so you can hang it vertically or horizontally and the best part is the big, sturdy, easy-to-swivel tabs that hold the picture in place.

Great picture frames. At a local framing store the comparable was three times the price. Arrived quickly, well packaged and looks classy and more expensive than it was. Would definitely recomend!

This frame was exactly what I wanted! I went to Michael's, and they tried to convince me that I couldn't get a nice brushed-silver frame unless I made a custom order for much more money than I wanted to spend. I was a little hesitant when I read some of the reviews about damaged corners etc. but I know that Amazon stands behind their products. My frame was perfect, and the price was right.
