There are many interpretations on “real” carbon fiber
If you’ve ever purchased amazon real carbon fiber tubes that look to be made of carbon fiber but the weave is printed or dipped on the outside to give the appearance of a woven carbon product. It’s the same thing here. The product is technically made of carbon. Not sure how they do it. Like a bunch of carbon powder resined together. Yeah it’s strong and lightweight but people really want that weave. Clearly they understand that because the print the weave in the front but it’s just like a glossy wrap. You can tell it’s fake it doesn’t give that shift in the weave. Only one set of weaves are reflective. So the under product could really be made of any light weight plastic. You could grind on the product to determine if it’s real or not but than you ruin the product plus that fake carbon is crazy noticeable to anyone who knows what real carbon looks like. I don’t even know how they get this powdered product. Carbon is made in strands.
