10 MALAYSIAN TRUMPET SNAILS ALGAE EATERS LIVE FRESHWATER AQUARIUM SNAILS MTS

I received all of my snails alive, and I got way more than 10. But do your research because I didn't. They are an invasive species of snail. So now I have 4 tanks with snails and 2 out of the 4 have lots of babies and those 1 tank is a 5 gallon tanks with a betta. I hope I don't overwhelm my fish or mess up the environment.

Shipped in envelope with paper towel, some little balls, not eggs. Very tiny and presumed dead since there was no air or water. Apparently that's on purpose? Put them in a quarantine tank it's been two days and no signs of life and they seem empty. Arrived a week late and was hot when I got it out of the mailbox immediately when I got home. Pretty sure I got smelly shells of disappointment

The media could not be loaded. Amazing!!! Exactly as described. I ordered 10 trumpet snails and the receipt said 10 trumpet snails plus extra and free gift! They gave me about 25 trumpet snails and 2 brown and yellow stripes snails and a brown spiral one as a free gift they are all healthy and moving around my tank. I recommend ordering from this company.

Seemed to take over a week to ship live snails... which already was concerning. The post says 10 trumpet snails and I got 13...however 4-5 were dead (the 5th one i'm almost sure of but swore it moved since it was in the tank, but after a few days he still hasn't moved from that spot). Shipping packaging was good but these snails were just in a wet paper towel i guess to keep from drying up but they weren't in water or anything. No note or instructions of any kind. I put them all in the tank one by one and some immediately started to move and take off (don't be fooled they're not fast). Others just stayed there which i assumed they were dead. I gave them a few days to acclimate but still some of the ones didn't move.

It may be a real 5-star and we just don't know yet. There is WAY more than 10 snails in the package, more like 30 or more - and a few extra of another type I'm not sure the name of. Even if just a few make it, I'll be alright with the deal.

So far so good but delivery driver was very rude and just threw pkg down when it clearly says fragile live fish.

My snails arrived alive and were bigger than I expected but after adding them in I had the majority of fish in my tank die hours later. I didn’t even add the water that came with the snails and the ph of my tank dropped so fast I’ve lost 7 of the 10 or so in my tank. WTH.

My snails came yesterday and I am thrilled at how well they are doing. Loved the surprise that came with my snails! They are beautiful. Thank you so much.
