Richie Rich is a comic book character in the Harvey Comics universe that debuted in 1953. Richie is the only child of wealthy parents and is considered the world's richest kid. He is portrayed as kind and charitable and his moniker is "the poor little rich boy". He lives in a mansion and owns at least two of everything money can buy. He is always running around with the family dog Dollar, and his friends Gloria Glad, Mayda Munny, Freckles, Pee Wee Friendly, Billy Bellhops, and Timmy Time.
