Well, I got one of these for myself, and have now ended up buying another two for friends, because once anyone sees it, they want one. They really are so useful!They're small and slim, and fit into any drawer in the kitchen, and they just have everything you need at a glance. They're also wipeable, and they do have a hang-point, and even come with a magnetic back piece, if you want to put them on your fridge!Information is in fahrenheit and celcius, item size, weight, safe minimum temperatures...they even have the relative temperatures for rare, medium, and well done steak!On the minus side, the by-weight measurements are on lb and oz only, no gram and mg, which is a bit of an omission, though I've started adding in the mg measurements using an indelible pen. Shouldn't have to, though; there's plenty of room for the manufacturer to include it, and if you're adding F and C, you should add metric as well as imperial; most of the world uses it, after all. Same with size of portion in terms of inches, with no cm translation. That one's not really so hard to mentally translate (and for myself, I'm so old that I originally worked in inches anyway, so I still do both!). But again, a glaring omission.But it does have rules of thumb for translating pre-pack foods into air fryer recipes, as well as translating frozen food into air fryer times. Both of these are so useful.All in all the advantages of these little booklets BY FAR outweigh the little niggles. If you have an air fryer, get one. You won't regret it!

It covers a lot of foods for cooking. Having to consider cooking times for items not listed based on similarity to products listed on the book.

This is a perfect guide to using an air fryer, especially if like me, you're new to this method of cooking. It's a compact item, which can be attached to a metallic surface with it's magnet (you need to attach this to the back as it comes as a separate item) or hung from a hook on the wall. Divided into sections pertaining to different food types, e.g. poultry, vegetables, bakery, etc. it provides essential advice re cooking times and other essentials. In my view better than any recipe book which while providing useful ideas for ingredients and methods often omits the essential basics.

I've hardly used this. Because I was a total beginner with my air-fryer, I wanted to have a handy guide to temperatures and times, but I found that this guide isn't all that accurate. I kept having to put food back in for extra time as it wasn't fully cooked. So I've just been checking the conventional oven instructions, then reducing the temperature slightly for my air-fryer. This guide has sat on the side most of the time not being used. Also, I've seen an identical guide much cheaper elsewhere. We live and learn.

This flipchart more than met my expectations. It is magnetic so takes up no room I have it stuck to my microwave so it's easy to access. It has all the necessary times and temperatures for cooking with an air fryer. Delivered quickly and efficiently.

Has a magnet that sticks on the back so can stick to fridge. Contains all the timings & temperature for lots of different foods (frozen & fresh). For the price it's a good buy.
