Directions There are three zones - Toe, Centre and Heel - which you can apply the patches to. Before going to bed simply remove the outer packaging and then place 1-3 Bodytox Foot Patches horizontally across the sole of each foot, pressing firmly to secure them. For a targeted treatment apply 1 patch to each foot using the reflexology chart to determine which areas of your body you would like to target.Patches should be left on for between 5 - 12 hours, normally during sleep time and then a new one should be applied the next time you go to bed each night. Just average. Stuck to foot well, stayed on all night. Made me very warm tho. I dont like the smoky smell on them. In the morning there was some residue on them, but I have had better results with the ones in a green box.

Amazing result
This was my first time trying the detox foot patches product. I been looking for easier and effective way to detox. I have to admit I was a tad skeptical it would even work so I only got a small package. After the first night using them when I removed them off my feet I could instantly see they worked! Was shocked as I tend to stick to organic gods and follow a vegetarian diet etc. Also noticed a big difference in mood throughout the day was happier and generally felt well. Just ordered another package of 14 as I want to try ten day detox with the patches! Definitely recommend this product! Easy to apply and use with great results!
