When the camera arrived i was expecting something a little larger but actually i like the size making it less noticeable to others. I purchased this camera because i need a camera that's able to cover the entire front of my doorway area where as other cameras i purchased did not cover the entire 180 degrees needed. It is as simple as plugging it in with the included ac adapter and downloading an app and connecting to wifi. Thru the app you can control all the features such as automatic tracking, zoom and sound. You have the option of taking videos or still shots which is nice when you want to review whats on the camera. It also has a tf slot for saving and also the option to store on cloud. You can control the direction of the view by simply swiping your finger thru the app. Automatic tracking works great and covers the entire area and can also be zoomed in. Im always downstairs and this will make it easier to see who is at the front door and also can communicate with sound thru the camera. I purchased other cameras at a higher price that dont work as well. The picture quality is super clear as is the sound. Can be easily mounted or used as is if you want to move from room to room.

Bought this camera not realizing how limited it is. From what I can see, it only works with the danale app. I've bought cheaper cameras than this, that at least offer a web interface and ONVIF . This does not at all, if it does, I have no idea. If it did I could use my TinyCam app that is way better.Danale app does not work with Android 9.0 (Pie). When setting up, the SSID field will not populate. Had to get another phone with Android Oreo to get it to work. Also their system made me "verify" my account every time, really annoying. Just the fact that I have to set up an account to use this thing AT ALL is awful and completely unnecessary. Also, setting a static IP wouldn't stick, when I'd reopen the settings it would show dhcp. That is pretty much the extend of configurable settings on this thing, can't turn off the IR leds, can't adjust the picture, image size, etc. You can only turn off the power led. whoopty doo...

This camera is small and compact so you can really mount it anywhere, it also comes with the molly bolts to mount it. The FOV on this camera is very wide, so it allows you to see an entire room or zoom into a specific area. It also includes a feature that allows the camera to appear to rotate the span of the room, but really the field of view is so wide the camera itself doesn't even have to move! The video is nice and clear and the night vision is impressive. The installation was so easy it literally tool me about 2 minutes to complete. The addition of an SD slot allow you to remotely record and the tough of a finger (through the app). These videos and still shots are saved to your camera roll making it easy to view and transfer to your computer, no 3rd party software required. Although easy to hook up I did have some additional questions specific to the camera, customer service was wonderful and answered me though a chat and my questions were answered almost immediately. This camera works as expected with a nice clear picture and excellent customer support.UPDATE: I questioned whether this was a true 1080p camera (it's true customer er service was prompt) however when i needed to zoom in on something this photo became so blurry I could not view the important detail I needed to view. Unfortunately I needed o return this camera.

Overall, it is a very good quality camera based on this price. I am not very good at mannual installation of technology, so it did take me 2 hours to fully figure it out. But I think it would not be a problem with boys, I guess. It will even be better is it is wireless. I use it to monitor my cat while I am away. When I talk to the cat, he can hear me and go closer to the camera. Very cute.

This is my very first home camera (never bought one before). I need this camera to monitor my cat while I am not at home. I didn't have high expectation when I made the purchase. However, It was surprised me after I using it for a couple days. It works better than I thought. The image is very clear and it contains wide angle range (180 degree, fish-eye style), so you don't need to set up multiple cameras in order to monitor the entire room. You can also zoom into the specific parts of wherever is on the range and they do have audio function, you are able to speak with your family/friends/pets through the app.The installation is also very easy! Download the app called "Danale", create an account, connect with the wifi (only support 2.4GHz Wifi), scan the QR code on the camera and then wait for the camera to get connection! That's all! It's only took me 5-10 mins to finished the whole set up.But I do have one thing that I don't feel satisfied about this camera. If you want to record images or videos, you need to have your own SD card. I dont have my own SD card, so I cannot playback the videos that I missed. I think I will just get the SD card in the furture.Finally, you can mount the camera on wherever you need, which is way convenient for me! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

This camera works verry well. Very easy to set up, and don't need to spend a lot of time on set up and use. It captures clear image at night. It cannot tilt. However, you can zoom to see closer the object you want to see while camera is working. I made picture and video with light and no light to easy to compare. It does not have much different in image, but I think in video have a little bit lower noise.

I had bought one previously and it worked very good. I had trouble setting up the second [this one]. I was about ready to give up but tried one more time and it worked. Both cameras work fine now.

The camera is very easy to setup and very easy to use. You don't even need the instruction manual if you have some senses in technology. Video quality is surprisely good in relative to its affordable price. Highly recommended!
