please love yourself and get a pair. i don't use these as my sole period protection, i love the disposable discs personally.but these allow me to NEVER worry about bleeding through. i never stress about staining clothes, or embarrassing myself.i am so so so much more comfortable and at ease because of that. they are so comfortable and i love how they fit. the bottom part is a bit bulkier than others i've had, but i don't want to wear leggings on my period anyways. i could see it looking somewhat bulkier under that but not sure that anyone would noticethese are perfect because i love flowy skirts and now bonus, i have shorts to wear under them AND they'll keep me from bleeding through!this is one of the simplest mini luxuries that made a huge impact on my life. periods are bad enough. you deserve comfort and to not stress about it even more. this and a heating pad? name a better duohope you enjoy these, get enough sleep and water, and get past your heavy flow days soon

I've been wearing these for a few months before I wanting to write this. They did take some getting use too. It's like wearing a heavy nighttime pad all day. Once I got use to them they got more comfortable. I have a very heavy flow and they work great for night time when you don't want anything else. These are also a great option to be more environmentally friendly also all the chemicals in the pad and Tampons that are going to unalive us.I use them on days that I'm not at work (because I'm too scared to wear them to work) next cycle I will start wearing them. Since using them some of my cramping has gone away from not using Tampons and pads.Definitely recommend if you menstruate.I'm only taking one star away because it does take some getting use to and on my worst heavy day I did have to change them. Sometimes it doesn't absorb the blood as fast.

These period undies are so incredibly comfy. I got them because traditional undies cause friction and soreness around the inner thighs near my privates. I wanted a boy shorts style since they do not cut into bikini line. I have a regular period flow, not too light or heavy. I can comfortably wear these all night with no leaks for every day of my period. When I wake up, I put them in the wash with a cold rinse 1st, then start a 2nd cycle and add soap. I definitely suggest purchasing 4+ pairs. These are so much better than pads and tampons since you don’t need to worry about chemicals. These are a great swap for a woman who is interested in swapping to holistic approaches regarding period care. Regarding size, definitely size up to extra comfort. I have a proportionate body type. I am about 200 pounds and 5’6 and I ordered 3x for extra room and they fit exactly how I hoped for.

I recently bought another brand name which was higher priced and really like them. Ordered these in the size suggested for me and they should have been okay. But they are too big in an odd way. Not in the waistband or the leg bottoms but it's like they sort of balloon out in the other areas. So they bunch up in areas underneath jeans, etc. Additionally, they were advertised for leakage (and I'm not seeing it here either)other than periods, and no mention of that in the printed material in the box when they arrived. Honestly, I'm new to this type of product, so I don't know if there is a difference in the types of absorbency. But, the need to pee as you age doesn't give you a lot of notice! The difference between the two products was substantial to the point where in the other product, I felt confident about the claims of absorbing liquid. I this product might shift and leak onto the areas where the padding is not because of the extra bulk. Also testing with a little water to see how dry I felt, the material did not feel dry after quite some time, so it's not wicking away. I would have returned and tried a smaller size but I made the mistake of not trying on with a protective layer. I am sure the fit though on the waistband would have been too tight.

Comfortable

These are really comfortable and well-sized. They work really well for light incontinence too - not just period. The waistband is soft and the panties are very stretchy. They look like shorts, and are so comfortable, not having elastic bands around the leg or waist. They're comfortable to sleep in as well. I've tried other similar products but these are the best I've found so far, and really well-priced too.
