Easy to adjust and has a solid base so it won't tip over without a lot of force. If it was able to extend another 16 inches it would be perfect. Fully extended it is about chest high (I'm 5' 8").

This is my favorite sign stand I have. It is made of quality materials and is very heavy and sturdy! I use mine outside of a school so I needed something that would withstand wind and kids and this one does the trick. It is easy to put together.

I needed something I could use outside my shop to advertise sales or show class calendars. This was just right. Easy to set up and adjustable height. Not site about being out in rain though. We’ll see.

I want to love this product, but I can't. The stand is adjustable using the screw-tight collar in the middle of the post, but the collar isn't the best. It got stuck so tight that it cracked when we tried to get it unstuck. That might be user error, but I wish is was an easier to use feature. The frame itself doesn't like to stay together at the corners, so we are frequently pushing them back together. The rivet that holds frame to the piece that bolts to the post loosened up enough that the frame won't stay angled like we want. If the rivet was replaced with a small bolt and nut, it would be much better. The whole thing is still useful, but definitely not as good as I'd hoped. Not sure if I'd purchase again.

I don't know if there was an item missing in my package, but there is no way to tighten the screw on the base of the stand. You screw it in, but nothing to put on the back of it to tighten. So the pole wobbles back and forth. There is a nut or bolt to attach the display menu to the pole and tighten, but not with the base and pole. Not a good design. Definitely not worth the money unless they can fix this problem. As it is, I will have to go to the hardware store and see if I can find something to fit that will help tighten this so it can be used. If I can't, it is useless.

As described! Does what it needs to do

After unboxing this sign holder I was immediately struck by the weight and quality build of this model. It was very simple to assemble: just screw the pole into the heavy base, slide the provided screw through the holes in the top of the pole and bottom of sign, adjust to desired angle, and tighten with wing nut, and then slide the pole to the desired height and hand tighten the collar. Placing your sign inside the frame is also simple: just lift each of the 4 sides of the frame up, remove the glare-proof cover, put your sign in, place the glare-proof cover back in place, and snap the frame sides back down. The snapping mechanism on the frame sides seems high quality and very functional for holding a sign firmly in place. The padded base means I didn’t have to worry about scratching my hardwood floor. I suppose this sign holder is easy enough to disassemble for more compact storage when transporting.I like the fact that this sign holder has the adjustable heights. I plan to use this at markets where I sell hand made goods. This sign holder is versatile enough to use on a table top or on the floor/ ground. I notice people bending over a lot at the tables in my booth to read items - this sign holder can be used for my “Today’s Menu” sign and bring it up closer to eye level for easier reading. And when I do outdoor markets, this model will be heavy enough to stay up on a windy day. Very happy with this choice - gives me several options to make my booth more appealing to customers.

I ordered 4. When they got here all 4 had scratches on them and there was even writing on them that someone did with a marker.
