Everything this page says about this item is a lie except for the fact that it's memory foam. It's just an odd shaped chunk of poor quality memory foam, and the paper that comes with it cautions you that you can't sleep on it all night, though this page rncourages you to think you can. The little yellow dots that are shown on top of the pillow are suggested as providing some extra benefit, however they are just molded bumps that squash out soon as you lay on it and provid nothing. The entire pillow squashes flat fairly soon after you lay on it as well, and it's too wide to fit well under most necks so it doesn't provide the advertised support.

This little pillow has helped me a lot with my neck in the begging. But after using for few months now backofmy neck is hurting. So this product is basically to use for couple of hours a days. Not for sleeping every day.

It is really good product. It really does give me the neck support I needed. I love this pillow. It helped with my sore neck at night. The cushion is the right level of firmness, and I couldn't be happier. I wake up feeling so much better. I recommend this neck pillow for people who suffer of neck, shoulder pains. Very pleased with the pillow. I highly recommend.

Bought this for my wife's neck problems. Having tested it she said it's good but no miracles. The material is good quality and memory foam is also doing what you expect, however the structure that's supposed to contact the neck is not that sensible. Your neck feels something's there but that part should have been harder. I loved the multiple uses of the pillow and tested is an office chair back support and got perfect results. Due to it's design you can fill the gap between your waist and your office chair and gives you a comfortable sitting experience

I love this neck pillow. It feels so good that I'm now using it for sleep. I tend to sleep on my stomach, which is horrible for the neck. This pillow is forcing me to sleep on my back. FYI, I also use a pillow under my knees, which also helps with sleep style. When I wake up, my neck isn't stiff. In fact, I feel incredibly relaxed and refreshed. In addition, it helps with tension headaches. I'm hoping it helps to bring back the natural curve of the neck, but I know that takes time. All I can say is that this pillow makes my neck feel so good!!!Lastly, the pillow cover is very well made, and it has a zipper so it can be removed for cleaning.

I can see where this pillow would help some, but I think that those with a longer neck than mine are those people. I have an unfortunately short neck and I found that using this pillow I either ended up with my chin to my chest or had to have my shoulders up on it to have my head back. I think this is a me issue and the pillow is probably fine, but I think it would be better if there were size options. The pillow seems to be well made.
