30 Litre Clear Plastic Storage Boxes & Lids - Pack of 10

The service from this company was first rate in terms of fast delivery, good packaging, etc - and, I thought the price offered a good deal. However, when I looked at the boxes more closely, they seemed quite flimsy, especially around the rims which are poorly moulded and very thin. My concerns about the strength of these boxes were proved right now that I have tried packing them with books, The result: One box is now already badly cracked under the rim and part of the handle has broken off (leaving a sharp edge) after a short move from one place to another. I fear a similar fate for the others. I had hoped to store them in the roof space, but considering the low-grade plastic I would imagine there may be problems with ongoing temperature extremes which may cause the plastic to become even more brittle and easily cracked. I have other similar boxes which were only slightly more expensive, but the moulding around the rim and handles is so much better. Probably fine for light storage purposes in normal room temperatures but I would avoid buying this item again and pay a little more to get a higher quality and more durable version.

good storage boxes with lids. there is little to be said about them. they are well made and stack well together. please note the dimensions (450mm x 350mm x 265mm) are slightly off, around 453mm x 354mm x 268mm with the lids on. for most people, this won't be a problem but if you're purchasing them to fit a specific space then be careful.

I use a lot of these type of boxes for my client accounts, find this size difficult to get on the high street as they are a popular size, I recommend them and will buy them again.
