Good communication from supplier who notified of new cover design by e-mail. Delivery within two days,well before the estimated date. Good quality. Purchased this because I have arthritis. My husband is testing at the moment and he has reported: Very comfortable;no overheating as yet - seasons will tell; hugs you in the places it should! A weeks good night's sleep. I shall test later also and at the moment looks promising that I shall order another mattress. Overall very pleased so far. Yes there is a slight manufactured smell but it is not obnoxious, and is reducing somewhat after airing every day for only a week. Good instructions including in the package. After using for four months, the previous comments stand. The mattress has retained its shape, i.e. no sagging. Differing ambient temperatures have made no difference to the mattress' great performance.

I previously had a very expensive spring mattress and I was beginning to think I suffered with insomnia as I was struggling to get a good nights sleep. I'm relieved to say it was my old mattress that was the issue and now I have replaced it with the Nytex life memory foam mattress I am getting a full proper nights sleep! Delivery was excellent and it was well packaged and easy to transport to my bedroom. I was worried there might be a smell from the memory foam but I was pleasantly surprised there was completely no odour at all that I could detect. I laid it out for 24 hours as instructed for it to acclimatise and expand. It's honestly been a game changer for myself as I have so much more energy and feel so refreshed when I wake up. I would highly recommend this mattress and don't make the mistake I did of waiting too long to replace your mattress - do it now!

Too firm especailly top layer. I wake up with aching ribs after a few hours - cannot get a full night sleep on it without taking ibuprofena nd then lieing on my other side (whichever way I start out). We have two other medium firm memory foam mattresses in the house and both are lovley. (Birlea Memory Care and Sleepys - Sleepys model no longer available). Website does not say how much memory foam is on the top of this, but our other two have 2cm before the firmer PU foam - could be the reason. Whatever, this does not mould around you give as you lay on it the way the other two do, you lie on top of it like the old "othopaedic" mattresses that were if fashion for a few years a couple of decades ago.This is the first memory foam mattress I have had to get rid of as it causes me pain.

Very fast delivery, took a day to decompress which smelt a little (to be expected), very comfortable to sleep on, helped my lower back pain. Happy with the product.

I bought this nearly 6 months ago, and can confirm its a great mattress! Being foam that's rolled up it makes delivery and moving it much easier. It has a slight 'new smell' for the first few days, but its comfortable for me lying on my side, its quite warm which is nice, but not at all sweaty even on the hottest days of the year. Its great value, does what it should, is comfortable and I'll very probably buy another one when this one gives up the ghost.

I like this mattress, you do fall off the bed if you sit too close to the edge though. It's also quite hard, which I wasn't expecting with a memory foam mattress, but we are used to it now. It's a lot nicer than our old spring mattress.

This mattress was delivered on 19 January 2018 and was thrown away in October of the same year. After ten months of progressively worse sleep I threw in the towel and took it to the tip, although this is a cheap mattress I found it to be very expensive per sleep.The mattress is extremely soft, to the point that when I sat on it my bum touched the slats of my bed (I'm 12 stone - might be fine for lighter people). Within a couple of months there were permanent body indentations which were really quite deep by the time I dumped it.I guess I should've listened to those that say 'buy cheap, buy twice', but in my defence I was replacing a very similar (sounding) mattress from another company that I'd been really happy with for around 10 years.
