I have been using the leg bands for about 3 weeks now and they are taking my workouts to the next level. Since using these bands my quads and thighs have gotten more solid and the strength gains are insane. The bands themselves are high quality and stay strapped with no slipping or pinching. Do yourself a favor and grab these bands.

I really like what they are made of and how strong the velcro is. Although you would need pretty massive arms to use them for arms. I try to use them on my 17.5in arms and I cant even get it close to the velcro. I am sticking it to the to cloth which is working for now but i know it wont for long. Great for legs though.

Top notch and easy to use. The smaller pair fits my arms perfect, while the larger ones fit the thighs well. The numbered markings help to get consistent results. Best value. Two pairs and still better price than some single pairs.

Great product! Used them the day after I got them and they are better than using a knee wrap or something. Good quality from what I've noticed
