I started using these as feet for my amplifier and preamplifier builds
I can’t really say they work for resonance but they do look really nice.

Great for DIY isolation platforms...
I decided I didn't want to drop big money on an isolation platform for my turntable. All things considered, the vibration was never bad to begin with, so I ordered an ikea cutting board that's just the right size for my turntable, flipped it over and super glued these isolation feet to it. It looks pretty legit, and it's sturdy. They did their job for the price, and I'm happy with it.

Excellent replacement feet for Technics SL-1300
You can spend a lot more money for audiophile feet but they won't look or function any better. To install you must remove the bottom cover on a Technics turn table but that's to be expected.

I’m using them for a turntable refurbishmentI’ve made a maple plinth for my Technics SL-23. Fun project. Very nice. Good weight, I’d even say heavy !Awesome!!
