Does Not Work. It Blocks RF
I bought this to amplify 1090 Mhz ADSB signals from airplanes. I mounted it at the top of a 25 foot antenna mast, right at the feed line from the antenna. I ran a 12 volt power cable to the top of the mast to power this device. I had to lower the mast in order to access the top of it, and if I had been a little smarter I would have tested everything before raising the mast back up (a 10 minute process).Anyway, after getting the mast raised and turning on power to the amplifier, I want inside to check it. I had no signal. Normally I can pick up 30-50 planes out to a range of 75 miles. With this "amplifier", I didn't pick up any. None. Over the next few minutes I was able to pick up two different airplanes that were flying almost directly overhead, but this devices doesn't do what it's supposed to do.I thought maybe I had done something wrong, so I powered it down, lowered the mast (10 more minutes) and checked the connections. Everything was correct. I made sure I had voltage at the device. I thought maybe the "in" and "out" ports were labeled incorrectly, so I powered it down, flipped it over, and powered it back up. I still had nothing.Anyway, it's a bad device. I'm not sure if I just got a lemon, or if it's simply a bad design. But it doesn't amplify 1090 Mhz, and it actually blocks it, so I'm returning this item. Very disappointing. I had high hopes that it would work well.

Bad notch in frequency response at 526KHZ
This amplifier is advertised 10KHz to 2GHz. It says has frequency dependency gain but not like this. I bought another unit from Aliexpress and it has over 20dB gain from 10KHz on. Do not buy this amplifier for use in the High Frequency bands including shortwave broadcasts. This is junk at 2MHz it on has about 2dB gain, at 30 MHz it has about 20dB gain. Not worth it!
