This tool is magic. I have been using it for hyperpigmentation, along some treatments from a dermatologist. It has absolutely changed my skin. I cannot recommend it enough.

Great for exfoliation, leaves skin soft and smooth. Has diminished pores, and is helping to lighten dark spots. Also has a massaging effect. Like that it has 3 levels of frequency.

Good replacement after using the Neutrogena Microdermabrasion for years. If you have sensitive skin be cautious regarding the amount of pressure applied. It works really good… perhaps a bit too good in my opinion…I seem to be missing half my eyebrow….. if you’d like to keep your facial hair in tact avoid those areas at all cost. I’ve been meaning to reshape my brows anyways just not in that manner….

I'm very surprised by the good reviews here honestly. I used to use the Neutrogena Microdermabrasion Kit and was absolutely devastated when it was discontinued. I've been searching for a replacement ever since. The only reason I bought this is because of other reviews of people who also used to use the Neutrogena Microdermabrasion Kit and loved this product. I'm extremely disappointed, this product is way too rough and actually scratched my face and my neck. It looked bad, I tried again with less pressure and it still felt too rough. This product just isn't for me. I'm that I have to keep searching for a good Microdermabrasion Kit substitute :(

This is a great exfoliating system which has helped me maintain healthy skin. However, I'd suggest using it outside the shower. I've bought this device three times. The first one I bought still works (which I use only for my face). I bought another to use on my body while showering. Twice now I've had a device malfunction after a month or less of using them in the shower. This device is not waterproof. Water will damage the power button. The last replacement device I bought turned on randomly one day and couldn't be turned off manually. It turned off on its own after 10 mins.

So I am one of those Neutrogena Microdermabrasion system (NMS) devotees who got angry when Neutrogena had decided to discontinue the one product that delivered results. The replacement pads for the Neutogena device are now going on ebay for $100 when they cost $10 when they were available. So with one pad left, I began searching for something to replace my go to facial device.I have large pores and if I don't do a microdermabrasion treatment once a month, my skin will look like an orange peel, makeup settles into the pores and I will get break outs. I used the NMS system for 10 years - skin was great, looked fantastic and I always receive compliments on my skin so I don't want to revert back to orange peel, pimply skin.I bought this device to give it a try. It is reasonably priced and doesn't need replacement pads so to me that was a good place to start. I wet my face, put a little moisturizing face wash on it (for slip) and used this device on the lowest setting - WOW - it does the same exact job my NMS did! I am so happy. Skin is smooth. Love it! And the best is ... I don't need to buy replacement pads. Just wash it off and its good to go for the next use. No regrets on this purchase.

This item is an amazing device. As long as you adhere to protocols…this tool will definitely give you that smooth satin baby skin finish. Smooths out skin bumps and imperfections. This is more like a magic wand as it does wonders
