It is liquid, so it blends well into my morning coffee. The rasberry flavor actually enhances my coffee. I actually am beginning to see a difference in some dry skin spots that are not as scaly dry. Excited to keep up this routine.

I was disappointed to find this product contains sucralose, which is a modified sugar containing 3 chloride atoms. Once in the intestines this toxic sweetener destroys 50%of the good bacteria. A body does not recover from this. The creator of this supplement should remove this toxin or cease to make false claims that it does any good for anyone. The seller needs to be aware of this as well, and if the seller is already aware then theuy are just as responsible for selling this toxic product as is the maker for adding this toxin. People are becoming aware of the sellers of toxic artificial sweeteners and the profits of these greedy manufacturers will surely fall.

In researching the benefits of supplementing collagen into my beauty routine, I thought I’d give this liquid a try. The taste is sweet which is probably a plus because I take it straight. I like that it doesn’t have to be refrigerated, because I can just leave it on the counter so I won’t forget to take it. I’m not a huge fan of mixing things into my coffee or whatever, so this being fruit flavored and sweet works for me. I’m considering the powder but I’m afraid I wouldn’t use it.I think you could mix this fine into juice too if you prefer.This is my first bottle, and it’s only 16 oz, so I feel like it’s prob too early to tell if there are benefits. Completely my fault for not reading carefully enough, I thought I was purchasing more (multiple bottles), so when it arrived, I was momentarily like- what?- until I went back and read the product description again. I will reorder a few more times in order to give this at least 2 months of consistent use to see if I notice enough to make me a life customer. Note- I also use a topical collagen serum on my face after I wash it at night.I will say this, my nails are extremely brittle, ridiculously so, so I can barely get them to grow over my fingertips without them splitting or ripping. I blame it on years of biting followed by years of getting acrylics. RUINED my nails.Though I no longer bite or get fake nails, I do tend to peel them when I’m super stressed, which I recently did a few weeks ago. To the point of them hurting. They are starting to get some healthy growth back on them and perhaps it’s the increased collagen. TBD. I gave this 4 stars because it arrived quickly, as promised, has pleasant taste, and I’ve had no negative experience that would warrant a mediocre or bad review. Even if it doesn’t perform miracles, I’m certain the increase in collagen in my daily routine can only be a plus. My skin at 45 is still in pretty good shape, but I’m always looking for ways to stop or at least drastically slow the clock!

The product was a little too sweet. I have used other liquid collagen products and liked them better. We were traveling and I was unable to find my usual brand so I ordered this one .
