Having used it for 6 months with 390hrs of cleaning time on it, it works perfect. A must have for a medium sized house. Totally worth every penny. It cleans rugs and tiles equally well and mops clean. (Use of too much water might leave streaks of the tiles, using the less water option resolves this). Keeps the house clean even in areas like under the bed, sofa and other furnitures.Robo needs to be maintained once in 2 weeks, cleaning its rolls and side brushes which is a 2 min job. Its an awesome machine.. Bravo roborock..👏

I had S8 and S7 models - total of 4. All of them broke to some extent within 6 to 9 months. The mop function stopped working, or sensors got broken and the robot refused to start cleaning, or the robot stopped charging.Initially I thought I was unlucky with it, but it looks like it's a feature of the robot not to survive more than a year. Very disappointing product.

After careful consideration, I purchased this and I must say, I am very impressed. The app is superb.it maps your home efficiently on the first use. Scheduling the cleaner is then very convenient.

S8 Roborock is robot vacuum in the market. I have been using since 2 months really no issues. Cleaning is very good on all kinds of floor. I have mix of marble, wooden and carpet floors all are cleaned properly. App features are also great. Robot is always connected to internet even in low bandwidth areas. Must have for your home.

I used to think that these things are mere gimmicks but as soon as i bought this one , the first thing i thought of what was keeping me ? ... this is a great product , the guidance system is extremely accurate , the app is full of features and customizations and the whole experience has been amazing

The machine Broken down after 8 months. Amazon told be talk to the seller, who told me to talk to the manufacturer. I did not get any support. Very bad quality vs the older S7 version. Very toxic seller and manufacturer who does not bother to support post sale.

Everything is amazing about it and so thoughtful. We have it already for a month hopefully it will last
