This bundle is highly worth getting. For the price, it is just right. The leg and calves occlusion bands are extremely effective and give great results. The armbands are useful, but if you have larger arms or train very heavy they aren't as effective as one could hope, as for me they require extreme tightness and require sets of 15+ on moderate weight to seem to get the desired result. However, the leg bands work like a charm and whether light sets for reps or heavy loadouts they make the workout feel great. I highly recommend this product.

Price is perfect for the product. The leg wraps are double velco and work really well. Just the right pressure and secure and comfortableThe arm bands are a little light on the pressure, I tried pulling tighter but then I have a lot of loose elastic which is distracting.

I ordered this bundle however, when I received the package it only included the leg bands, arm bands were NOT included.

I received my item in a timely manner. The BFR bands seem to be made well and they’ve worked great so far. I bought the BFR bands mainly for recovering from surgery/muscle atrophy.

The leg wraps work great. The are wraps not so great.
