They are just bracelets and one broke the second day

I bought these because of the exercise library, mostly. I thought the quality of the bands would be better. The light is super light and it feels like it'll snap very easily. The heavy feels a bit sturdier but you could get the exact same thing as a free promo at a random vendor at a county fair.The exercise library with "15+" exercises features 19 exercises in English. Of those, only 10 use the bands. They're all pretty much the same, too: pull/push using the band in this direction, that direction, and the other direction. They don't even have advice for proper form. Very disappointed. Immediate return.

This is an excellent idea, and product, but makes no sense that it is so expensive. Wiser to purchase regular loop bands and cut them up to size. You can make at least 20 bands compared to 2 for less price.

Good quality product and the manufacturer provided helpful exercise videos that were easy to follow.

The light band snapped the first time I used it. Also there should be a medium band added to the set.
