Absolutely love it!!! Rechargeable batteries do not last much (but thats not the clock quality, its the batteries), so I would recommend to use regular good quality branded energizer bunnies or something good.Live the clock. Our room is light isolated with blackout curtains and its awesome when you get up at night to have a sip of water and it lights up with a bit of a noise. Beautiful picture too

it's pretty. it's bright at night. the light turns off and on though even in a completely dark room. I find it annoying that the light turns off and on. clock is quiet stays accurate. readable at night and during the day.

Update 01/16/25OCEST wanted to make it right and offered me this clock again for free. I said "yes" but I would not change my review but would give another chance based on the fact that the first clock was defective. Here is what happened. I received the new clock on 1/21/25 put the 4 Durcell extra strenghth batteries that control the lighting of the clock. The battery for the time is fine. Its the batteries for the lighting that the clock drains out. Again. The batteries lasted from 01/21/25 to 02/10/25. Less than my forst one I had ordered. The lighting came on strong at sounds and would stay on, and go off and on off and on until it decided to stop, which took a while. The first clock would do this, but not as much. I had mine in kitchen. If you had in a bedroom it would certainly wake a person up if they were not a sound sleeper. The lighting of the clock is definitely defective. I went to their site to look at this clocks reviews and the clock ordering info saying "sold out"? But still on Amazon. Im really disappointed in the clock. Most people wont realize this problem on time for a refund or the trouble to return it. This is a true and tried review.________________________________I was delighted with this clock when I first received it. On November 12th 2024. This clock requires five AA batteries. It really works well the first 14 days but the batteries do not last. It's not doable to replace five batteries every 14 days in order to keep the clock working. It still keeps time, but the light does not work any longer after 14 days. U less you replace with another 5 batteries. That's the reason why I bought it is when I got up in the middle of the night I could see what time it was without turning on the lights. It is very strong and works well but only for like 14 days and then it stops. It's really a plastic cheaply made clock but I like the look of it the clouds that don't move they're just a picture the whole thing that makes the clock is the lighting ability. You do have the option to shut light off with a small battery pack switch on the back. This is not doable either. I have it high up on my kitchen wall. I'm not going to be switching it on and off every night. I notified the company of this and I said I would try new batteries which were Duracell. I'm convinced that the company knows this. I believe it's a scam they're making quite a bit of money. I'm sending the clock back it was $31 and something cents after tax but still $31 or something that doesn't do what it's supposed to do without changing the batteries every 14 days. I told the company that if the batteries didn't last that I was going to send the clock back and door review so here it is.

Love the clock when it’s dark and it glows it looks so cool

It's a beautiful clock, but the sound sensor is super duper sensitive. We have a fan always on in the hallway on low and the clock picks them up and lights on and off on and off on and off Grrrrrrr

So the clock is awesome and I love the light feature, however things to note:1. It’s activated only when the room is completely dark.2. Sound is also going to trigger the sensor and it will click on so long as it is dark enough.3. The numbers glow in the dark so you can see the time still once it clicks off4. If you’re looking for a clock with a light that stays on 100% of the time whether it’s dark or not this will not work for you.5. Made well and worth every penny
