On a Beam of Light: A Story of Albert Einstein: 1 Hardcover – Picture Book, 1 May 2013

It's a wonderful little book about Albert Einstein, telling the story from early childhood to working for the patent office to finally being able to do the research that has changed our understanding of the universe.Im not the biggest fan of the illustration style, but I love it nonetheless (as do the children) and we've ordered more to give as gifts.

A super picture book to read with children to introduce them to the wonderful world of Albert Einstein. I have used it with children from 8-11 year old during science activities and learning in class. Also read it to my own child as a bedtime story.

Lovely book. This is suitable for a full age range. Lovely illustrations and a story easy enough to follow all about Einstein and his life

Beauitfully illustrated and starts well, but then gets very, very wordy and the kids (age 8 and 6) don't follow and lose interest. Could have been simplified one step more and that would have told the same beautiful 'story' a bit more effectively.
