I purchased the next size up - which did its job well but was too big (even with all those X's was surprising for a tub like me). So I ordered the next size down as well. The price is amazingly low for the quality of this product. I knew i had pulled my back moving an empty pallet a couple of weeks earlier, then 2 days later came the pain. The Belt aided by giving instant relief. It also helped prevent me from bending/moving at random. Much more comfortable than a leather weightlifters belt. For less than £20 (8 quid each - amazing) I have 2 excellent back brace belts, that can be comfortably worn 16 hours a day and I could not recommend them highly enough. At the price, buy one for just incase you need it. Total Bargain with fast delivery too.

I aggravated an old back injury a few days ago and was in a lot of pain and could barely shuffle because of it. Hubby lent me his old back support which although it helped, wasn't ideal and within a couple of hours I was in agony.As soon as my new support arrived I put it on and the pain eased straight away. It is deeper than hubby's old one and supports my back lower down.I ordered a couple of sizes up from my waist size as I had planned to put it around my hips thinking it would offer better support, but in fact wearing it around my waist to follow the contours of the ribs in the belt gives me the additional support I need lower down my back. It's sturdy and the extra length is easily taken up because it adjusts so easily. Very pleased I opted for this one and highly recommended.

Gets a bit hot in this good summer weather, and comes up a bit big, but easy to make adjustments. Otherwise really good and great for the money!! I’d recommend it to anyone!I have severe osteoarthritis and this really helps my back muscles to keep me upright!

Far to wide and uncomfortable to wear

Bought this to take a bit of pressure off my back whilst in my bed. Worked brilliantly. Very comfy and doesn't come loose at any time , in fact it takes a bit of effort to undo the strong velcro fastening

I ordered right size and it was too tight, so ordered next size up and I got another same size.So now I got 2 both too small and I have missed return window, so angry 🤬🤬

For me, this was a life changer. In December I took a bad back, that just wouldn't go away itself. I struggled to stand-up and move around to do the necessary exercise to help my back recover. This device provided the necessary support to allow me to move and get around. It supported my back while it got better.The only downside, I found, is it can be a bit sweaty when against the skin, so I wore it over a TShirt.I recommend this item.
