Quite large and contain lactose
Be aware that this product contains lactose.About the length of average sized capsules but wider. Imprinted on these tablets/caplets is "Sky" done in a similar style to the company logo.I like how the product packages the supplement inside an amber glass bottle.Arrived safety sealed for peace of mind.Printed on the base of the bottle is a best before end date of 05/2026. Alongside this is a Lot/batch number.No adverse side effects experienced.I think some people may struggle to swallow the shape of this supplement.
