Laila London Cayenne & Arnica Muscle & Pain Relief Balm

I suffer from fibromyalgia and experience chronic pain in most joints. This product is great especially at night. It calms a good deal of the pain I have. However because so many of my joints need the product it is going down mighty fast. At £16 for 60ml it is far too expensive to use regularly. Real shame.

Friend recommended ...then .bought some for hubbys poorly leg and hip. Gave some to brother in law at weekend for his creaky leg which he had to lift when getting in his car. Then ordered some for him which arrived yesterday. Brother in law amazed ... no hassle getting in and out his car now. Hubby could actually walk round shops today .for a while which he hadn’t been able to do for months,

Does seem to provide natural help in easing muscle pain. Has good make up of natural substance and I'm a great believer in Arnica. Worth persisting with.

Had pain in my elbow for a long time. This unfortunately didn't make much of an impact and I hardly noticed any improvement even In the short term after regularly applying.

My husband gets terrible fibromyalgia pains that are resistant to a lot of painkilling treatments, but he said that this balm helps a lot. It smells gorgeous (minty/herby scent), and has a good solid texture that melts rapidly at body temperature for smooth application. Great to have an effective yet more natural alternative to painkilling pharmaceuticals, which typically come with dreadful side effects.
