Bought two pairs. One attached to my smart phone and the other left in the car.So small, strong and useful.

I was looking for a new pair of compact reading glasses, and at 2 dioptres to replace or add to my existing 1.5 dioptres Foster Grant foldable reading glasses, which are like the Eye-Spec ones here on Amazon, having telescopic temple parts.Thought I'd go for these for design and more compactness. These being so thin and light do give the feeling of being fragile on the folding temple part, but taking care when folding them hopefully they should last a few years. At 0.8 inch high, the lens part on these is narrower than my Foster Grants, which are 1 inch. This is especially more so as the frames are slightly wider on these than the Foster Grants, making the actual lens noticeably narrower. They could have been a little broader, and yet still fit comfortably in the credit card sized case. My main niggle, though, is the fact that there are no nose pads (which could easily have been fitted without taking up any extra space), meaning they tend to easily slide down your nose, which is quite annoying. For this issue, it loses one star.However, I like the design and they are very comfortable to wear, and handy to slip into your pocket for when out and about.

Never again will you feel the bulk or see your folding reading glasses in your trouser or suit jacket pocket. These cost more than any other folding design glasses but they are worth it.

I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. These glasses are impressively compact, fitting easily into a shirt pocket or attaching to a wallet. The glasses case is difficult to open, and sometimes does not close correctly

What can I say. These work well but for such a flimsy and delicate item, they are very expensive.

I just had cataract done, and now need reading glasses, which i didn't before. So was looking for something less obtrusive. Got several other foldable or thin ones. These looked good and i liked that they are very slim. There are cheaper, but once you manage to unfold them, they are very clear and comfortable. I also like they come with a double sided tape to stick the case to your phone, so never loose them again. Easy to use, and feel good quality.

Die Brille ist sehr gut verarbeitet, sieht getragen super aus und sitzt angenehm auf der Nase. Ich habe sie mir gekauft, weil ich für unterwegs eine Lesebrille brauchte, die nicht zu viel Platz beansprucht. Diese hier ist genau richtig. Sie findet überall Platz und lässt sich gut auf- und zuklappen. Somit habe ich jetzt immer meine Brille dabei. Der Preis ist zwar stolz, aber die Brille ist es absolut wert.

Devo dire occhialini davvero utili e pratici, da portarsi dietro per un uso “all’occorrenza”.Da un po’ di tempo mi servono degli occhiali quando leggo cose troppo piccole, come ad esempio etichette dei prodotti nei supermercati, ma praticamente quasi mai portavo degli occhiali da lettura con me, per il semplice motivo che, usandoli molto poco e non sapendo mai dove metterli alla fine non li portavo, e mi hanno incuriosito questi, perché avevo visto che una volta chiusi nella loro scatolina rimanevano piatti e fini, così da poterli tenere anche nella tasca dei pantaloni insieme al telefono e al portafoglio, e così infatti è stato. Non ingombrando molto ora tendo a portarli quasi sempre in tasca quando esco per un uso come detto di “emergenza”, e mi ci trovo bene.Effettivamente una volta chiusi nella loro scatolina rimangono davvero piatti così da fare uno spessore minimo nelle tasche, e se servono, una volta presa un po’ di pratica e aperti e chiusi qualche volta, è un attimo farlo. Ecco, ripeto che un po’ di pratica le prime volte va fatto per aprirli e chiuderli perchè se vi servono al volo per strada all’inizio è il momento che non ci riuscirete, ma come vedete (nel video), una volta presa la mano si va che è un piacere.Le lenti chiaramente non sono di chissà quale qualità, ma per l’uso così, saltuario, per chi come me non li indossa sempre ma solo in determinate occasioni, sono decenti, calcolate le classiche lenti degli occhiali che possiamo trovare in edicola o farmacia a 10 euro, con in più tutta la questione del meccanismo pieghevole.Anche una volta indossato è comodo, mancano i naselli ma sono talmente leggeri che questo non causa fastidi.Chiaramente non sono occhiali da indossare sempre, tutti i giorni in modo continuativo, per casa ad esempio ne un paio di dimensioni normali, perchè questi sono piccoli quando sono chiusi ma anche da aperti sono più piccoli del normale, ma per il loro scopo, cioè quello di essere super super portatili sono ottimi.Veniamo a qualche veniale difetto: visto che sono così ripiegabili, ovviamente sono soggetti al fatto che con l’uso a mano a mano le viti delle varie cerniere tendono ad allentarsi, ma niente che non si possa risolvere con un po’ di “manutenzione” ogni tanto, con il classico cacciavitino da occhiale quando vediamo che si sono un po’ troppo ammorbiditi, e sempre per il fatto di dovere essere manipolati molto per aprirli, sono particolarmente soggetti allo sporcarsi della lente, ma anche questo una volta presa pratica con l’apertura e la chiusura si impara ad evitarlo.Altro piccolo difetto, è che la scatolina, specialmente se siamo di fretta, capita che sia un po’ ostico aprirla se non si fa dalla parte giusta, sarebbe stato meglio pulsantino di quelli a scatto invece che a pressione, ma anche questo si risolve con un po’ di pratica.Conclusioni: occhiali di “emergenza” da usare all’occorrenza, un po’ piccoli se usati in modo continuativo per quanto mi riguarda (anche se molte persone li usano abitualmente così) e lenti di media qualità, ma buone e sufficienti per lo scopo per il quale sono stati pensati. Super super portatili, prezzo forse leggermente alto, però una volta chiusi nella loro scatolina sono veramente fini da tenere in tasca senza ingombro. Portati anche in viaggio. Consigliati
