Not that heavy duty! I would say medium duty.

Initially ordered this item from `only the best deals 4u’, and received a bag containing 10 rolls of small, thin bin liners. I asked them to arrange for return of the goods as they were “not as described”. I was told they could not collect and I should return using parcel2go.com. I sent them a copy of the return postage invoice for £9.30. They finally refunded the purchase price but not the return postage (which they are required to do by the Sale of Goods Act 1979).I tried to file an Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee claim, only to be told: “I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive reimbursement for the cost of returning this item to your Seller, 'only the best deals 4u'. I can certainly understand that this was not what you have expected when you returned the item to them. Although sellers do have the option to refund return costs, they're not obliged to do so under our participation agreement. As our A-to-z Safe Buying Guarantee only covers the total order cost, we're not in a position to intervene on your behalf or refund you the costs ourselves. However, as I would like to help you with this matter, I have contacted the seller on your behalf and asked them to refund the GBP 9.30 postage cost you incurred when you returned the item to them.”Needless to say, `only the best deals 4u’ have ignored the request from Amazon. My only option now is the small claims court.Good news! After seeking reassurance from the seller, I re-ordered same item from `EA Packaging' and received heavy duty bags, in a case, exactly as described.

Have bought plenty of these bin liners in the past and have always been pleased with them which is why I ordered more. But the ones I purchased this time are far inferior in quality. They are completely different, very thin plastic almost see through and certainly not heavy duty, in rolls not flat as before and absolutely stink to high heaven. I won't be buying any more of these. Oh, and if you're not happy then you have to pay to return them yourself! My advice, AVOID this seller, as these are certainly not what they are advertising and their customer service also leaves a lot to be desired.

The main reason for the numerous bad reviews on here is that there are different sellers on here selling vastly different quality bags under the same amazon product page. When you just click the buy it now box or add to basket it selects who is cheapest seller at the time - not which are the best bags. They should be all the same and it is false selling but its unlikely to change. After a couple of bad experiences when automatically reordering and getting thin crappy bags we realised that the seller had changed. we looked back at our previous invoices and saw that the first good ones were orovided by IDEAL 365 and so we have stuck with them ever since and they are always very strong decent quality bags that we use for heavy bricabrac refuse in a charity shop. they are not rubble sack strength by any means but they are very good strong binbags that will work in most situations, nothing like the supermarket standard which are mostly laughably poor. Just remember to never click on re-order because the top seller always is the cheapest and NOT the best. hope this helps others who are struggling to find a reliable source of bags - it is worth the extra few pound.

Excellent quality bags . Nice and thick but make sure your bin is the correct size . This shop is amazing ! the bags are good thick quality items and I have a 180l outside plastic bin in my kitchen and even when the bin is full you can take the bag out and still get a lot in it . Sorry to digress but the reason I have an outside bin in my kitchen is I live in a block of 6 flats and flies are a damn nuisance , but this bin has a tight fitting lid that the handles are supposed to clip down onto though one is a bit iffy but I haven't had a fly in my flat since I got it . Anyhow back to Discounted Cleaning Supplies . They got my order this morning and the bags are already on their way 24 hour delivery . I feel sorry for a lot of other retailers as they are going to fing it hard to beat this excellent level of service , never mind 5 stars you should get 10 give yoursselves a huge pat on the back from me .

I ordered 200 bags from the reseller "We can source it". The product description indicates 200 bags that will weigh 10.4 kilos. That equates to 50 grammes per bag so better than 160 gauge.As delivered to me, the package weight 7.5 kilos. So the reseller sent sub-standard bags weighing 3/4 of what the Amazon description states. I weighed the complete package - box included.

Arrived quickly. However nowhere near the "extra heavy duty" they were described as. Just avarage bin bags. Oh and they come in a box so you can unroll an individual bag....

The bags are heavy duty, as advertised, and well priced. My gripe is about the packaging. The box was taped carelessly, so that one of the bags was destroyed when I removed the tape. A single sheet of paper could have prevented that.
