Arrived sooner than expected, I unpacked and was pleased with how well made it was and padded both for our dog and ourselves. Daisy fitted in comfortably she is a shitzu.

It’s nice and good quality but the bottom is not sturdy and too soft so cat don’t feel comfy.

Extremely poor quality and not fit for purpose. Too flexible and does not keep it’s shape so our 8kg bichon was basically squashed against my back and half hanging out of the top of the bag. Impossible to zip the lid down unless our dog became a contortionist. Additionally, in less than 2 hours use, the shoulder strap snapped! The only good thing I can say about this item is that it came with a collapsible rubber bowl which will be useful. Could have bought one of those for a couple of £ though. Very very poor product.

Excellent product. Perfect size for our Havenes. Went on a 20 mile hike with her, when she was tired she curled up in the backpack and went to sleep.

Quite nice quality and quick delivery but not big enough for 10 inch toy dog at 5 kg. Make okay backpack for objects but only fits our dog as a front pack and would squash her to zip it up. Definite paws down from her! Might suit chihuahua though or tiny puppy. Does smell plastic but that'll probably wear off...
