SiglentTechnologies SDM3065X Digital Multimeter 6 ½ Digit DMM

This was my 3rd bench DMM, but my first in the 6.5 digit range. At first, I didn't understand how PLC worked for filtering, and I thought the stability wasn't great. Once I RTFM, and learned how to use it, I can't believe how stable it is! I sold one of my 5.5 digit bench DMMs and I will buy a second one of these. It's absolutely excellent, and stability should get even better with more hours of use. Though I was surprised how much more stable it was than all my other DMMs right out of the box.I use the Test Controller app (can be seen on EEVBlog) to remotely control and monitor my DMMs over ethernet. The price is excellent, there really nothing as good without going significantly up in price.

Delivery was fast and the item was well packaged and in perfect condition. I'm very pleased with this multimeter. It has the advertised precision and works very well. It's a good professional DDM at a reasonable price when compared to the competition.

電源は入るけれど「SIGLENT」のロゴが表示されるだけで一切の操作が出来ない。ファームウェアがフリーズしているようだ、交換してほしいけれどAmazonの管理で返品しか出来ないようで困っている。Amazon内ではメーカーサポートの連絡方法がわからない。【追記】その後クイックスタートガイドの末尾に中国本社のメアドがあったので英語で連絡してみた。どうやらスタートアップ画面でのフリーズはめずらくないらしく、リカバリーの手順とファイルのダウンロードリンクが通知されてきた。ファイルをUSBメモリーにコピーしてから本体前面のUSBホストインターフェイスに差し込んで起動すると自動的にリカバリできることが分かりました。しかし、私が2024/7/3に受け取ったものは製造が2022年、校正証明書は去年の2023年7月で期限切れというデッドストック品だったのでサポートに連絡して返品、再購入することになりました。再購入するのは良いが一晩で値段が2万円近く高くなっていて諦めかけて相談したらギフト券で補填してもらえたので同じ金額で買い替えできてほっとしている。Amazonで物流を担っている物は時々こういうトラブルがある、これなら納期がかかっても中国本社から最新のものを送ってもらえる方が煩わされずに済むので管理をきちんとしてほしいものだ。やはり、民生用とは言え産業機器なので知識がないのにAmazonで自社販売すると問題が起きますね。

Meter is well made and I really enjoy the adjustability of settings on meter. Diode test mode goes up to 4v. Continuity is adjustable as well. In auto mode it is a little slow to register readings. Compared DC readings to my fluke meters and they were spot on. It’s nice having a bench meter and just pushing a button. No more dials.It also has an adjustable volume for buzzer. Now I won’t annoy others with the constant beeps and buzzes. It’s a great meter and I’m happy I purchased it. It’s used for repairing amplifiers and works great for that. I did upgrade my probes to Probe Master probes. I wish they would have included 4 wire probes with the meter. That’s my only complaint.

6 1/2桁のDMMは随分と高価になってしまいました。かつて、34401Aは10万円もあれば購入できましたが、現行の34461Aは20万円以上出さないと購入できなくなってしまいました。それに、キーサイトは個人販売は基本的に行わない方針となったようですからサポートもあまり期待できないでしょう。待っていればどんどんと安くて良い製品が購入できるオシロスコープと異なり、選択肢の少ないDMMの中では、個人使用としてはこの機種は良い選択と思います。商品性能はほとんど34461Aのコピーですが、それゆえに使いやすく、精度も十分で安定して使えています。本体だけでトレンドが見えるのは予想以上に便利でした。
