Loved this little device so much that I bought one for my friend for Christmas too! There is so much storage that I don't have to keep anything on my phone anymore. And it's easy to pull up on a computer - just make sure the USB port is clear on either side. My laptop didn't allow for a USB for my mouse and this USB next to it, it took up too much space in the port entry. If you have a case on your phone, you may have to remove it in order for the device to plug in.

Trying to use, even though i have nearly 300 videos, it only reads 1 and it doesn't organize files (videos/pics) to be able to easily move them off the device to the thumb drive.Turns out to be just another thumb drive that only differs from the dozen I have is the ability to connect it to my device to see the contents.

I liked how small this product is. Also, liked how it fits right into my iPhone to be able to transfer photos easily. The app was easy to install. However it was difficult to use and understand the app.Therefore, I was unable to transfer my photos! It was very complicated, and I kept reaching a dead end after many tries. It kept bringing me back to my original page without performing g the transfer.~They really need to make this app work more smoothly for less tech-savvy people. Also, include far better instructions than what is included.One more thing!One more difficult thing, is I had to remove my iPhone casing in order to connect the flash drive. It wouldn’t plug in with out removing my case! -Which is inconvenient.

Excellent storage. So easy to use. Price was great. Definitely value for money.

I was sitting with it attached to my phone in my lap. Didn’t realize that is bent and stopped working from the phone end. Total bummer. I can’t still get the pictures. Another thing you can’t do while using is zoom.

Copied from another Review:Can't move files to phone, No Privacy Policy1) First off, this is a Chinese CCP company so they are stealing data from your phone starting the moment you sync their app to the usb. Apple states that this company does not have privacy settings. This warning in the AppStore listing.2) Secondly, the User Interface is not intuitive so searching online for instructions takes time before getting things going. Their internet presence and customer service is severely lacking, to the point that the developer contact form within the app does not allow you to see the words you are typing. If your auto-correct mistakenly changes your email address while typing, you won't know because you only see a cursor moving while text is invisible.3) Last but not least, I purchased this software to transfer data and documents from my computer to my phone. However, the usb and software does not allow the transfer of documents into a phone's file storage, the app is not recognized by the phone as a file source, and files on the usb can not be attached to emails or shared. The documents are locked in the usb.Not being able to reach customer service, I'm posting my review to see if someone will respond here. If not, I will delete their app, remove their spyware, reformat the usb and use it as a standalone flash drive.

Al realizar las primeras conexiones vimos que las paginas no eran las correctas y me dio mucha desconfianza por eso ni lo he utilizado y aquí lo tengo Decepcionado por la compra

Me confié y en mis vacaciones lo usé para “respaldar mis fotos” y terrible decepción cuando llego a casa y la conecto a mi computadora, y no funciono daño los archivos y por desgracia esas fotos se perdieron. Realmente no lo recomiendo para nada. Lo barato sale caro

PCのMP3の音楽データをコピーして保存したのだが、次回PCでデータを確認してみたら、ほとんどの曲データが消えていた。made in chinaは二度と購入しない！返金を求めたいくらいです。
