Great Buy
I bought this for my son’s 17th bday a few weeks ago. Everything is super fast and the colors are vibrant. My son plays drums, so he downloads tons of videos, streams music, and plays games online. It’s a great investment. I had NO complaints! A few scratches on the monitor stand, but that’s it. It looks like a brand new PC!***UPDATE 12/23/2023***This PC still runs really good. I had to reboot it a few times about 9 months ago. I used YouTube tutorials and Google to fix the issue, but other than that, it’s been working great!

Customer Service is Outstanding
Update contacted support and after trying to get it to work, they are sending a replacement will finish update once it arrives. The replacement arrived a week later and so far has had no issues and is performing great. The only concerning thing is the processor is not supported as a part of the Windows 11 upgrade.Ordered this because it was backed by the Amazon Guarantee. However, the CPU does not work. It is stuck in an endless loop of Blue Screen of Death. The tech number on the note tells you to call is only available during the normal hours a person would be working and not have time to call about getting a product fixed that was sent in not working order. The letter they put in the packaging also states you "can" be charged a $90 shipping fee to return the computer to them. They will not send any replacement until such time they receive your unit back, which would likely generate even more shipping. The time it takes to unhook and remove your old PC and put this in place to find out it's just a glorified paper weight should be compensated by this company.

Great beginner pc
Bought this as a first gaming PC for my 6 year old who also wanted to try streaming (actually just recording...no actual streaming yet). He plays mostly Roblox and it runs great. No lag and runs well when the streaming software is running at the same time (gamecaster). The lights on all the hardware is fun and makes it look like a custom built PC. Really happy with this purchase.

Not the best.
The media could not be loaded. For my ten year old son's first computer I opted for this refurbished gaming PC as he's a beginner and doesnt need anything too high tech. He was ecstatic upon opening it on christmas morning. The keyboard, speakers, monitor and mouse looked brand new. All items were RGB lit and looked great including the tower. However, when hooking everything up the sticker on the front of the PC which gives the lights a cool pattern began to peel off. This was not a huge deal, but the bigger issue was the VGA port was not connected to anything inside the tower, it was free floating. And the VGA cable appeared to have one side broken off. When tilted I could hear something rolling around inside the tower. I called customer service and spoke to a very nice gentleman who explained that the VGA port is not really used anymore due to the addition of the HDMI cable which was also included in the package. I wasnt comfortable with that answer so he then offered to talk me through fixing it, which would require my opening the tower. Again not comfortable with doing that. Eventually he offered to send me a new tower once I had returned the damaged tower. All in all I decided to do a full return and purchase a new computer to avoid any other technical problems that I'm not equipped to deal with. Customer service was easy to work with and the refurbished PC probably would've been fine, but I didn't want to take the chance.

Not AT ALL Worth the Money
I initially bought this computer looking for a cheap but well-worth-it gaming PC, one that would run better than my laptop by a good few miles and one that could play games my laptop couldn't handle. It seemed fine at first, but as I went through ownership of this items, I noticed a LOT of red flags. The biggest issue is that the power supply, hard drive, and motherboard information are NOT mentioned ANYWHERE on the purchasing page. I wasn't able to find out the information until AFTER it had been purchased, only to find out they were relatively sub-par pieces of gear (specifically being a small-case PC with a mini-ITX motherboard and a 140watt supply). The GPU wasn't strong and I needed to buy one separately in order to get it to run even slightly better, but due to the size and type of motherboard, my options were incredibly limited and barely a jump better than what I started with.Outside of that, this PC continued to have non-stop problems over the two months I've owned it. Errors starting, games refusing to load properly, and since the PC wasn't as strong as advertised, it couldn't even run the games I'd bought this PC in order to play. I went through the CONSTANT work of rebooting, resetting, adjusting, and working with friends and family to get this computer to do basic tasks. And today, just over two months of owning the PC, it suffered a hard drive failure-- something that will cost double the purchasing price to fix. This was after two months of continuous boot-up errors, crashes, and issues.I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but as someone who really was looking forward to having a computer that was well worth his money, this computer did nothing but disappoint. Please shell out more money on a more expensive computer from a more known company. They'll assuredly be much better than this.My only credit goes to the tech support team, who have a great response time; though, they were relatively vague with me at times and the information about the 90-day warranty is ONLY APPLICABLE for replacements. The actual refund/return period is Amazon's typical 30-day. Take absolute advantage of those 30 days if you're experiencing problems, because past that, you're out of luck.0/5 stars. I don't recommend this computer, PLEASE do yourself a favor and buy something stronger and worthy of your investment. It'll cost you less in the long run.

The Custom Service is completely phenomenal.
The custom service alone is purely amazing. I’m sure i wasted his tome because I was being completely idiotic but he kept cool and helped me through my issue. The gaming is spectacular. No issues from my side. 10/10
