Ensue Instant Hot Cold Water Dispenser, 5 Gallon Load (Black)

Excellent water dispenser. Since we dont have a fridge dispenser I bought this to fill the gap. Easier to load and runs smoothly. Still operating 100% for a year and a half.

I love having the bottle stored below instead of exposed. I don't have to worry about a heavy water bottle falling on my child. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the tray could have been a little lower to fill tall cups or water bottles. I recommend this dispenser.

This is the worst water cooler I have ever had. It never stays cold, light blinks red all the time and no matter what you do to fix it, it continues to dispense warm water instead of cool.

Purchased in July 2017 and the pump just went out after good maintenance. I was hoping I would get 5 years out of this thing.

So damn easy to use! So so so much easier than the standard too loader.

It's easy to set up and is very useful during the summer. However if you let the cold water sit until room temperature it has a bad taste to it.
