Beautiful linen, but poor sewing details
I love the linen, the weight of it and the natural color. I've read lots of positive reviews and agree that they are a superior product. I was shocked though on receiving my duvet cover ($370 with shipping) to find that the seams appeared to have been sewn and then changed to make more room and all the old stitching was still apparent along with loose threads. The buttonholes were all loose and badly sewn and I had to re-do them by hand. I wrote to Patricia and asked her politely about it and sent photographs to show clearly how badly the whole effect was... to pay that much and then discover that the craftsmanship was not as good as much less expensive sheeting and duvets. The only response I got was that I could return it. I was really disappointed that that was the only option offered to me. I would've expected at least an exchange and having the seller make sure the replacement was sewn adequately at the very least.
