This skinny book has only 20+ pages in it. I didn't learn anything new from this book! Not worth even $1.00 I am returning it

Just diagnosed with diverticulosis. This book was very helpful. I now have hope that I can get my problem under control.

The information is sometimes incorrect or contradictory.

This is probably the worst book I have ever read. I think the writer is a simple layperson with no education what so ever. She begins most of her sentences with "well". I learned absolutely nothing and it was a complete waste of money. A person with a middle school education could have written it. I purchased it on e-bay for 12.00. The book is about a 1/4 of an inch think.BUYER BEWARE!!

This book is atrocious! It is badly written, is repetitive but worst of all the advice it gives contradicts itself page by page, even line by line. I would definitely not recommend it. At a time when a recent diagnosis of diverticulitis has been made, clear and accurate advice was needed. Especially for the price I paid of around £8. The book itself is no more than a leaflet.

The information in this book was just as easily available online. The writing was not professional, obviously not edited before publication.
