Bought this 2D scanner a couple of days ago. It functions everything as I would expect. Quick scan speed, even when the barcode is blurry. It supports both 1D and 2D barcodes including the 1D FNSKU barcodes, UPC, and the 2Ds including QR, PDF417. The reason why I chose this one is that it comes with a screen so you will see what you have scanned. The tech support from the seller Mr Chen is extremely helpful, guided me through the process to upgrade the system so now not only I can use it to scan and recroding data but also I would be able to import my inventory data into the system, so use it as a PDA to see how many inventory I have had on hand and its location in the warehouse. I would recommend this for all small business owners with such a need.

This thing is crap. Freezes CONSTANTLY, corrupts data, records incorrect counts

Bought product to scan 2d barcodes for physical count. Worked for an hour to scan data. Contacted support for help to input quantity where the barcode was inaccurate. Support responded much quicker than expected -- they offered a quick and viable solution! Physical count is next -- I'm expecting to orders several more units for the physical count event!!

This takes a little bit of getting used to, especially the software and terminology. Doesn't seem to have the best Chinese to English translation. There are a few quirks when using it to scan inventory. If you scan an item and enter a quantity, scan another item, and then go and scan the first item again, it does not add automatically. You have to be very careful about entering the quantities to make sure it's captured correctly. Using mini USB to charge is a bit outdated so make sure you don't lose the cord, but the battery life seemed to be acceptable. I had no issues scanning any barcodes. The output of information takes a minute to understand, but once you figure it out it exports quickly and accurately.
